We are in the bespoke furniture business and do not maintain a selling inventory. Each order is made to order, and every product is unique.

We would like to customize the quotation form with the following requirements:

• Add columns for Product Name, Product Size, and Product Image — all to be entered manually.
• Add a column for Material Details, including an image.
• Materials should be selectable from a non-selling inventory, used only for reference/selection purposes (no impact on stock or sales tracking).

Is there a way to configure the quotation to support this setup — where we can manually input custom product details and link material references from our internal inventory, without affecting stock levels?

Any guidance, module suggestions, or examples would be greatly appreciated.
