With over 30 years of experience in the PLM industry, Steven is a recognized expert in configuration management and holds CM2 certification—the global standard for enterprise change and configuration management.

His career began with roles at organizations such as NASA and Auto-trol, where he worked among the pioneers of modern configuration management and PLM best practices. In 2014, Steven founded Intrepid as a niche consultancy. Since then, he has led the firm through more than 400 successful implementation projects, helping clients across industries streamline complex data environments and align engineering, manufacturing, and business operations.
