variant Level Barcodes for Clothing

Question

How can I maintain variant lavel barcodes for a product. For example - my product is a t-shirt which comes in Size S,M,L and XL.
I have configured T-shirt as a product and made attribute Size with Values S,M,L and XL. However there is only one barcode i can maintain at the product. I am not able to maintain it at variant level.

Please suggest a suitable solution.

*Odoo 15, 16 and 17* ( please add the version of Odoo that you ask about when you post )
Variants already have their own barcode.
The barcode field on the Product becomes invisible as soon as you create your first set of attributes, at which time you are able to maintain a separate barcode for each variant.
You may need to use the Kebab Menu (1) to toggle visibility of the field (2) so you can see it in the list (3)

Another question, while Printing the Labels, I need to Print the Size (variant) on the label, which I am not able to figure out. Any solution to this?
