Hello, is there a way to notify the customer who sent an email to lead/opportunities email address configured in "Create leads from incoming mails"? the same for project issues.

I think I am looking for the same thing as you. Anytime a new issues is created via email, I want my team to be notified that they need to take care of it.

Have you got any input on this yet Roberto? I started looking at the automated actions, but I don't know enough about those to do something smart :)

I've been searching for an answer but I can't seem to find one and this is the only topic that was open with the same title didn't get an answer.  Is there a way to notify the sales team with an email address configured?
