Hello folks, I have configured document layout, I have set system parameters as 'report.url' with appropriate value, I have also reinstalled odoo 14, I have tried all possible options but still my pdf doesn't have Header/ Footer in it. Even when I am downloading a pdf from the base code, I am still experiencing the same issue. I am adding a Screenshot for your better understanding, please let me know:

Hello folks,

I have configured document layout, I have set system parameters as 'report.url' with appropriate value, I have also reinstalled odoo 14, I have tried all possible options but still my pdf doesn't have Header/ Footer in it.

I have the same issue... And many people are having this issue. It is sad to see Odoo support is basically non-existent, with no solution, and no replies...

First you need to check issue is in your odoo or your Report for header footer.

Go to Setting > Company open record and print External Report Layout.

so you realised, issue is in default or any other issue.

Thank you for your response. I believe the issue is in default because even when I print external report layout it doesn't contain header and footer.
