Hi,
You can use the third party free module in the odoo app for the same: Web GroupBy Expand
And if you are using odoo14, the feature is available by default.
Update:
add expand="1" along with tree.

Thank you. Where is the default feature in Odoo14?
I believe Niyas is talking about the Expand All function in Pivot Views, not List Views: https://i.imgur.com/x5zRvFg.png

This third party module even gives expand in List View ( Tree View), I have installed this for my Odoo 12 CE. Mr.Niyas was right . +1 from me.
