I'm using Odoo 18 Enterprise with the POS module in a restaurant environment.

I’d like to ask if it’s possible to print the floor plan name (e.g., “Terrace”, “Main Hall”) on kitchen or bar order tickets. The goal is for the kitchen staff to know from which area of the restaurant the order came.

We are using Epson TM-88 thermal printers, connected through a licensed Odoo IoT Box.

The POS runs on a computer with Pop!_OS and the Chrome browser.

I checked the settings and the ticket templates but couldn’t find a direct way to include the floor name.

Has anyone done this before or can point me in the right direction? A technical hint about which JS or XML file to modify would also be very helpful.
