Am I dreaming?

On Odoo 10, it seems impossible to pay employees (with a payslip or a purchase invoice) according to their filled timesheets.

I did a lot of researches on Google. It doesn't seem to be a default option in Odoo. 

it is weird. I believed that it would be a base implementation.

Am I right? May be I missed something?

Do I have to implement a module like hr_payroll_timesheet (https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/hr_payroll_timesheet/)? This module is not available for Odoo 10...
