Source happens offline, so after source, create PR for approval and PO creation.
From the data generated,
PR create 31/ 12 8:46am
PO create 31/12 1:42pm
and this PR went through 3 levels of approver. How do i confirm if the PR create date is indeed the day requestor creates PR or if it's other date?

I don't get what you're asking. A record in Odoo (usually) holds a non-editable create_date which will be set exactly at the time of creating that record, if that helps you.
