Good morning! Please, How Odoo solve my Issue (Products damage in my inventory)? Thanks!

Question

The company's factory manufactured the products, and while they were being stored in the company's warehouses, some damage was discovered, including to the batteries and the packaging carton. In order to replace the batteries and the packaging carton, we must send them back to the factory. How can Odoo manage this issue?

There is a function called "Scrap" at Inventory Module, Have you try with that function too?
