I wanted to try an application on my free website, so I put the application free for 15 days, but now they want to charge me in odoo for using that application and it won't let me enter my website, I already sent a request but they won't answer me help me

Hi,
You have to follow up on the ticket that you have created, may be adding a follow up(in the comment section in ticket) on the ticket, will help you to bring the attention of support resource.

and if you need this in urgent basis, if you are an odoo partner or in touch with odoo partner, you ca try escalating the issue through the account manager.
