Steans Beans

Client: Steans Beans is a coffee roasting and distribution business based in Kenya, supplying premium roasted beans to cafes, hotels, and direct consumers. Their operations span sourcing, roasting, packaging, and sales.

Our Contribution: We implemented Odoo’s Manufacturing, Inventory, POS, and Accounting modules to support bean roasting cycles, stock tracking, retail sales, and financial management.

 Business Impact: Steans Beans achieved better cost control on green bean input vs. roast yields, enabled faster inventory turnover, and improved POS integration for their outlet—enhancing both backend efficiency and customer service.
