Even after installing the Odoo module "sale_gift_card" to use gift cards in Sales orders. There is no option to pay with gift cards and it also doesn't work when entering a gift card code as a coupon
How to solve it?

thank you, but the blog shows how to use Gift cards in ecommerce and PoS but unfortunately doesn't show how to use them in Sales Order, as asked in this forum post.
