I'm playing with Lead status and wonder if it could be possible to add the Kanban view (like Opportunities)?

Sure you can, check the view id crm_case_category_act_oppor11 in the CRM module and imitate how it was constructed to create a new view for the leads.

Just try add kanban view and some fields you need .....
Same as above. To me "just try" sounds like impassable mountains... ;-)
