When a public user (without login), try to complete the purchase on odoo website, after entering address details on address page, on clicking next button it redirects to shop instead of shop/payment. But as a Admin login or portal user tries to complete its purchase on shop, It successfully goes on shop/payment instead of shop. (following natural behavior). 

Can someone help me to resolve this issue?
