Good evening,

I activated "preparation printers" for a coffee shop and when I select a coffee + option Milk (0,50€)+ option Sugar (0,5€) I click on order and a ticket is printer on the preparation printer.

It doesn't work anymore and I have now only the coffee appearing on the ticket printed (but it still appears on the bill and on the preparation display).

Did somebody already  met this issue ?
