Odoo V 13

Is there a way to view a users overall effectiveness based on the time it takes them to complete a work order vs. expected duration of the work order in a percentage? I can filter it down in the Overall equipment Effectiveness report however this data is only presented in a Pie Chart/Bar Graph/Line chart and are not percentage based. The end goal is to be able to report this data to the employee so they can view a percentage.
