We are trying to send an e-mail via discuss chat message to the employees.

But unable to send an email. I am getting the error message attached below

Unknown error: Mail Delivery Failed Mail delivery failed via SMTP server 'None'. SMTPDataError: 550 5.2.252 Sender throttled due to continuous send as denied errors. [Hostname=KL1PR0302MB5204.apcprd03.prod.outlook.com]

Any input, please
