I mean, I know I have to pay and I will get the Enterprise Edition responsive, but I was wondering if I pay for example a developer, will he 'be able' to make a theme for my free community edition responsive or this is impossible with the CE

It is possible and there were already efforts started to do it, but for Odoo 8.0, nevertheless it shows there is no technical reason to make it impossible. Mohamed Magdy seems to be your guy.

There has never been happening anything regarding the campagne and there is no code to be publicly found I'm afraid..
@Yenthe: Reading the campaign info, I understood 2 things: 1. it is possible 2. if you pay EUR 14'980, you will get it :-)
Joke aside, it would be great to get it for 9.0. I don't know what all happened in the background that this Indiegogo campaign was such a failure.
