How i can allow Restaurant waiters to book orders only in single session, waiter can Book order Only and Bill payment will be on cash counter.

Hello,
Odoo will allow using the POS session by multiple employees/users. Check the following video
How i can add restrictions for waiter's they can just add order and remove order. They can not proceed payment.??
In default Odoo, that restriction is not possible. You have to do the customizations for the same.
