Hello! I appreciate your help last time. 

How can we create conditions/filters in marketing automation for users who just sign up? We want to send them a welcome email saying "Thanks for signing up...." and introduce our brand with an email. Everyone who sign up on our website we want to send them a welcome email. So how can we do that in marketing automation?
