want to show category on shop page and when click on them so go to product page

Go into to the website section, go into to the Shop, click on Customize at the top bar, it will open a menu, there you can enable Product Categories.

For display product category in "shop" either you need to do customization or one module is available in odoo will fullfill your requirement.
