What is the difference between " Standard Cloud Hosting - Free" and " Self Hosting - Free" ?

There are many differences, I'd recommend checking out this Odoo hosting calculator first
Hi,
Standard Cloud Hosting does not allow the use of custom modules -
only customizations via Odoo Studio. Only Self-hosting or the Odoo.sh
Cloud Platform allows the use of custom modules. Standard Plans only
support a single Company and do not have Odoo Studio available.
