odoo V13 Enterprise

I have many cash accountants 

want to create a group for each to can only view and edit his cash and can't reconcile or view others 

cash accountant (view his own cash - edit his cash- create a statement and edit - cant reconcile - cant create customer or vendor - cant view others cash )

how to do that as I am trying to create Group but can't reach that specification
