Hi, how can I change default Accounting --> invoice --> create --> other info tab--> journal. I want to assign new journal, how can i do in /Settings/Parameters/Company Properties ?

Hi,
By activating the developer mode, you can change the default Journal using the Set Defaults option available. See this: How To Set Default Value For A Field in Odoo
