Please go to POS orders -> and check if any orders are still in draft state or not -> do the necessary action for the draft order -> go back and close the session
Thank you for your imput Midhun,
I did that, and I could see that invoices were created from the pos session, some of those those invoices were in draft and others had settled payments.
We are checking what other imputs like this are affecting the session to be closed.
