Hi I already configured the gmail in and Odoo server and all the mails that I receive appears after few second "readed" in the gmail inbox. It seems that Odoo is reading the mails and changing the state to "Readed". I did not read the mails at Odoo so it should't happened right?
Can you help me with that?

This happens because when you configured an incoming mail server then there is a cron job of fetchmail that runs every 5 minutes by default so it will read your mail, if your server is running.
