web site has been ready to liven for two weeks, i have a live subscription, i registered a domain through Odoo but i cant activate the website.
Just get passed from one Odoo department to the other when trying to sort it out.
i also asked how i can upgrade my subscription and cant even get an answer on that.

What do you mean exactly with 'can't activate the website'? are you not able to publish it? Or can't you use your activated domain?
