As a Partner Manager you will be managing a portfolio of Odoo Partners, as well as being involved in business development with end customers. You have the unique opportunity to make an impact on both end customers and Odoo partners.

Who are Odoo partners?
Mostly Italian IT companies and system/ERP integrators that offer Odoo among their solutions portfolio. 
As the partner’s main point of contact, you'll coach them on best practices regarding their business strategy, implementation methodology and know-how of the product, so they can grow their Odoo business. 

On top of that, you’ll be in contact with a large diversity of customers in many regions. You’ll get to be a matchmaker since you will be qualifying and providing demos to end clients, so you may pair them up with your best suited partner.

Your job

Join our amazing team of Partner Manager and rise to the challenge to evolve in the IT sector for the Italian market!


Responsibilities

  • Enable Odoo Partners to successfully implement the Odoo software to end clients
  • Act as a business coach: create and implement cross-functional processes for partners and customers to increase their operational efficiency​
  • Establish strong and long-term relationships with your partner portfolio in Italy
  • Qualify leads, conduct tailored product demos, and connect potential clients to the right partner
  • Negotiate licenses and pricing with both partners and customers and promote the right value proposition


Requirements

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a tech company as a salesperson (preferably with B2B clients)
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Passionate about sales: you like to convince, negotiate and hit targets!
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude: you take initiative to help partners, customers, and your team
