Why is it not yet available in v16? Bear in mind that Spanish tax authorities require the VAT book report to be timely and in due form. Otherwise, you might be fined.

Fortunately you can get this report with this OCA module https://github.com/OCA/l10n-spain/tree/16.0/l10n_es_vat_book
I complained to Odoo S.A. many times about this mandatory report, don't wait a quick solution from the manufacturer
