Hi, 

I need to reprint receipts from any POS. 

I have already installed pos_reprint core module but it doesn't show any aditional options in POS configuration nor in POS UI. 

Is there anything else to configure?

Hi Alexander:

In Rel 12, this option is available only if you have a IoT Box with a Receipt printer configured in the system. You have to go to Point of Sale > Configuration > Point of Sale  and select the PoS that you want to configure. There is a checkbox of IoT Box. Once you select this and the Receipt Printer checkbox under it, you will get another checkbox for Reprint Receipt in the Bills & Receipt section as you scroll down.

The receipt reprint option is available without the IoT Box in Rel 13.
