I have installed Sudia arbia account . but nothing changes even when i goto invoices =>configuration I can't find it .

TO be able to see COA, you have to enable " Show full accounting features" to the user you are using from users.
Enable developer mode -> go to settings then Users @companies -> users -> open the user form and enable " Show full accounting features"

Did you activate "Show full acconting features" in the user preferences? Please try to avoid typos, future users will be grateful.
