I have been playing around with the Leave Management Module but I couldn't figure out how to do the following:
1) How to divide annual leaves by months and make this done automatically? So an employee with 48 annual leaves can get 48/12 = 4 leaves every months? (Leave accural)
2) How to allow the system to carry-off leave from the previous year to the next year? So the remaining leaves of last year to go to the next year?
