Hello,

I am trying to set up Zapier to be triggered from a lead changing to won in the CRM however, it appears the only time a Zap will trigger is on the creation of a new record in the crm regardless of its status. Am I doing something wrong here??

Why are you using Zapier? We can achieve automation in Odoo itself, right?

Solved. I'm using a webhook to connect instead of the odoo connector in Zapier.

In this case, the company is used ServiceM8 for FSM. Which is far superior to Odoo's FSM in this particular use case. Odoo has only recently figured out that gantts are a massively important view in FSM and has only just begun to introduce them in 18. Its still go a looong way to go to catch up with other FSM software though.

Hello, can you share briefly how you made it?
I'm struggling for whole day with zapier, and it seems impossible to make it work.
Most important as you said - there is no trigger beside "new lead".
