I just created an user and i would like to give the same rights as the administrator user have. So afr i have give him all the rights that the user Acces Right tab has to offer, but that still isnt the same as the administrator use.
Mostly i wan to givea few users of mine to be able to see and edit the user list.

On the "Access Rights" tab in user settings - Administration = Settings
