ETS Wansart: Optimized Sales and Repair Management with Odoo 

ETS Wansart is a company specializing in the sale and repair of gardening and outdoor maintenance equipment. To continue providing high-quality service, they sought to modernize their management and centralize operations within a single tool. 

The Challenge: 

ETS Wansart previously used multiple systems to manage sales, repairs, and accounting, making tracking less efficient. The company needed a solution to structure its repair processes, optimize sales management, and comply with new electronic invoicing requirements. 

Cabau’s Intervention: 

Cabau implemented Odoo to centralize ETS Wansart's operations, covering sales, after-sales service, repair tracking, invoicing, and accounting. The Point of Sale module now allows easy generation of consolidated invoices, while the Repairs module ensures clear tracking of interventions, from equipment reception to its return to the customer. 

The company also benefits from a tool adapted to on-site interventions and better team coordination through a unified platform. Additionally, all data from previous management software has been migrated to Odoo, ensuring access to customer history. 

Finally, ETS Wansart is now compliant with electronic invoicing and PEPPOL, staying ahead of evolving legal requirements. 

The Results: 

Thanks to Odoo, ETS Wansart has streamlined its organization and improved efficiency. Sales and repair management are now smoother, teams have better visibility on their tasks, and the company is future-proof with a modernized invoicing system.
