OneEightyOne kiest voor Radical Fanatics en Odoo als fundament voor groeiOneEightyOne ontwerpt en produceert hoogwaardige verlichtingsoplossingen en is onder andere bekend van indrukwekkende realisaties zoals de experience room in het B-building in Amsterdam. Het bedrijf bestaat uit meerdere BV’s met elk hun eigen processen, producten en klantgroepen. Die complexiteit maakte de bestaande systemen – waaronder Zoho, Prestashop en aparte pickingsoftware van Goedgepickt – steeds moeilijker te beheren.
OneEightyOne ging daarom op zoek naar een volwaardige ERP-oplossing die het hele traject van bestelling tot levering ondersteunt. In hun zoektocht testten ze zelf een Odoo-demoomgeving, spraken met meerdere partners, maar kozen uiteindelijk bewust voor Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) vanwege onze technische diepgang, pragmatische aanpak en de klik tijdens de eerste gesprekken.
De implementatie is afgestemd op een aantal unieke wensen: een centrale webshop voor meerdere BV’s, gedeelde magazijnen met heldere voorraadverdeling, complexe orderverwerking met leveringen vanuit verschillende locaties, en intercompany-transacties met ondersteuning voor transfer pricing. Ook is er behoefte aan flexibele offerte- en productieprocessen, waarvoor Radical Fanatics onder meer de eigen Flexible BoM-module inzet.
Belangrijk uitgangspunt is dat alles zo dicht mogelijk bij de Odoo-standaard blijft – met eenvoudige processen en maximale schaalbaarheid. Door samen te starten met een heldere offerteaanpak en iteratief te werken, bouwen we samen met het team van OneEightyOne aan een toekomstbestendig ERP-platform dat de groei en complexiteit van de organisatie ondersteunt zonder het onnodig ingewikkeld te maken.
