We are trying to implement lead automation.

The only consistent information i found about this is:

https://doc.odoo.com/book/2/9_Marketing/ which is a documentation on Odoo 7 ... i didn't find a new one about this but the module didn't seem having changed from a long time.

What i can't really understand is how to trigger any action ?
Example (what exists in other solution like mailchimp / sendgrid ...):

- If the contact reply to an email then do this

- If the contact click on the email then do this

- If the contact call us ...

Does somebody have any informations about this module ?
