Report hours for employee timesheets

Question

Hello, I need to report the hours for employee time sheets, but it looks like it reports a daily ratio instead. So if a person works 8 hours then a 1 is reported. If the employee works 4 hours then a 0.5 is entered.

I would like to report the number of hours that the employee worked on that day. Does anyone know how to do this?

What happen to me is that 100 = 1 hour so then 0.50 = 30 minutes.

I'm searching to make it in minutes. Do you know how to change that?
