how i can add Tabs with Editable Tree OR an alternate way in an odoo application Recruitment web page, the view is Settings -> Technical -> User Interface -> Views -> Apply.
in screenshot below i want to add Tabs with Editable Tree after Short Introduction but i don't know how because its using QWEB Template? i can't use a custom module for this purpose.
so, please help.

after 4 days, i think we cannot Edit this View for above mentioned purpose, SEEMS it is not possible in Python based Odoo Framework
OR
i am requesting for not allowed task.
