for example
Employees have 15 days sick leave each year paid
and the employee took 16 days sick leaves
so employee will get a deduction for that day but not a full day just 1/4 of that day
assume :
If sick leave from 16 to 25, deduct 1/4day for each day example (20 days sick = will deduct 5 days * 1/4 ) If sick leaves from 26 to 35, deduct 1/2day fro each day If sick leave 36 to45, deduct 3/4day for each day |
note:day deducted =(contract amount /30)
how can configure the salary rule to compute this equation?
