Hi,
For different reason, I give to some salesperson a Grant Portal Access.
When they log in they have access to all the sales and purchases of the company. I'm not happy with this.
I would like to let them see only the sales on the one they are named as salesperson.
Is it possible ?
How can we manage to do that ?

Yes, It's possible. Please goto Setting > Users and companies > Users > [Select that salesperson] > Edit > 'Show every apps access' [select only Sales > 'User Own Document only'] and others will be empty or null
At last, Click the SAVE button. The salesperson will be show only Sales menu.
thank you but they are not User only Grant Portal Access User... So I can't find them in this list...
Another Idea to expolore?
Another way create record rules to control using group. Such as create salesperson group and permission what you want.
