Hi,

We currently use ZKTeco biometric devices to log employee attendance.

A member of staff has clocked out yesterday, today he is off sick.

When checking the employee profile, he is still showing as present (starting from yesterday's clock in time).

Is there a way of amended a staff members status manually, or some sort of explanation as to how this hasn't automatically marked him as 'to define' in the Employee Presence screen.
