Hi everyone, I have an issue with my on-premise Odoo 15 and my SMS IAP Account. I have a valid SMS IAP account with somes SMS credits, and I want to configure this IAP account in my current Odoo 15 instance.

The process that I followed was: go to "Technical / IAP Accounts" and then I changed the value of the sms token value to my IAP account_token but this is not working. Actually, if I try to send a SMS the error said: Insufficient Credits. In addition, if I go to Settings/Buy Credits I can't see the credits on my account, but if I go to Settings/View my Services I can see my credits. The only thing that I see different is the URL, the first one ends with &credit=0, and the other one ends with &hashed=1.

I need help as soon as possible, which is very frustrating for me because I can't find any documentation about how to use this feature.

If you trying to send multiple SMS and you don't have enough credits, whole transaction is counted as a single one, so no SMS will be sent.

See FAQ for SMS:

What happens if I send multiple SMS but I do not have enough credits to send them all?

The whole transaction is counted as a single one, so no SMS will be sent until you have enough credits to send them all.

Thank you for your answer, but my problem is before to send the SMS, my problem is with the SMS account token contiguration.
