I am trying to setup a manufacturing center that has 4 work centers and runs from 4am Monday to 4AM Friday. Two shifts at 12 hours a day 4 days (M-Th) Times are 4am to 4pm and 4pm to 4am. The issue I am having is that when setting up the work centers, after Wed Odoo starts adding extra time, I cannot figure out where the extra time is coming from, please help!!

Just a guess: Your shift 4pm -> 4am cross midnight. Might be a problem for Odoo. But to look into it, you should record a video so one can see where Odoo add extra time.
