Create activity automatically (CRM Odoo13)

Question

I have the odoo 13 CRM on a private server.
Is it possible to have an activity automatically programmed when a lead is inserted?
I want that when a lead is added, 2 activities are automatically placed: Send email and call
I insert the records from PHP with the api. But I have not managed to insert activity with the api.

It would help me to do it from the API as well as from Odoo in general (a rule so that whenever a lead is added, those activities are added)
