I can see the internal moves option under warehouse, but it will only let me select a physical location that is a child of the actual warehouse. Example:

Warehouse A -> Shelf 1 Warehouse B -> Shelf 1

The internal moves will only let me select WarehouseA/Shelf1 -> WarehouseB/Shelf1 instead of WarehouseA/Shelf1 -> WarehouseB. The new location should be responsible for determining the final location, not the sending warehouse.

Plus, when creating a workflow for all items received into WarehouseB, these items will now be skipped if the item bypasses WarehouseB and goes straight into their Shelf1 location.
