Hi,
In Odoo 8 it was possible to open/close a fiscal period. However, I can't figure out how can I do this in Odoo 13 version. Is it possible? If yes, how?

Most of the functionality has been changed and Fiscal Periods are removed from the new versions and there is only Fiscal Year available.
Please look at the document on How to do a year end in Odoo? (close a fiscal year). This should help you and solve your problem.
