When I've placed the LiveChat scripts and style code at head tag, I've received issues:

1- External_libary.js have conflict with revoulation slider plugin. Here's the error "jquery.themepunch.revolution.min.js:7 Failure at Loading:revolution.extension.layeranimation.min.js ". How can I resolve this issue ?

2- When all the agents log off account, livechat at the website dissapear. How can I avoid livechat being disappear even though all agents are offline ?
