Hi,
In payroll, you have the option to determine the period for calculating payslips and design the salary structure type to align with your specific requirements.
Steps:
1. Go to payroll-> Configuration -> Structure Types




Choose Default scheduled pay as Bi-weekly
2. Go to payroll-> Configuration -> Structures.Create a new structure with a created salary structure type and default scheduled pay as 'Bi-weekly'
3. Choose period: 13 Feb - 29 Feb.Then Compute the salary, You will get the half-month payslip.
